Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a programme at tender stage in-line with the prelims and procurement of materials issue to Contracts Manager and Estimator for approval, upon being awarded the contract review programme and re-issue as construction programme

Visit site at tender stage to ensure safe access and record any possible hazards, take site record photographs and issue to site team estimators

Update all programmes in-line with actual site progress, update progress reports for site meeting liaising with site teams with regards to progress

Prepare Tender Programme

Prepare Construction Programme

Prepare short-term, target and finishes programmes for each site, if required

Health and Safety:

Ensure adequate time is allowed in tenders and programmes to complete the works safely and monitor during the work process

Required Qualifications:

5 years' experience of programming software such Microsoft Project or Asta

A background in the design/build sector of the construction industry preferred

Qualifications & Skills Required:

Exceptional organisational and planning skills

Excellent mathematics and IT skills

A knowledge of architecture/Civil Engineering/Surveying

Sound knowledge of construction processes and management

The ability to write monitoring and progress reports

A commitment to high standards

Ability to forecast and create recovery plans

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of Construction, Health and Safety regulations and Environmental regulations

Attention to detail

To be dependable and self-motivated

Work Hours: Full Time

Pay: 40,000 to 50,000 GBP (British Pound)
Pay Period: Annual
